Delivery

Order Processing

We want to do our bit for the environment so we print all our guides on demand to reduce our wastage. If you place an order before midday we aim to have it printed and dispatched within 2 working days. Orders placed after midday will take at least 3 working days to print and be dispatched.

Note: Weekends and Bank Holidays are not working days.

UK shipping (including Jersey and Guernsey):

  • Royal Mail 1st Class (2 days processing and then is shipped within 5-10 working days).
  • DPD Tracked (2 days processing and then is shipped within 2-5 working days). This is a signed-for service, so we recommend having DPD deliver to your place of study or work if you are not going to be at home.

Outside of the UK:

Shipping is available to most countries. If you have any questions about shipping to your location, please get in touch at help@lawanswered.com.

DPD Tracked (ships in 3-10 working days after 2-3 days of order processing). This is a signed-for service, so we recommend having DPD deliver to your place of study or work if you are not going to be at home. Please enter your phone number at checkout for tracking details. Please note that you as a customer are responsible for any duties or import taxes due on guides which are purchased from overseas. You are also responsible for communicating with DPD to re-arrange a delivery where applicable.

Deliveries around Holidays:

Please allow an additional one or two days for your guide to arrive over the Black Friday weekend and around bank holidays.

Devlieries between Christmas and New Year:

To allow our team to have a well deserved break, we do not send out any guides between Christmas and New Year each year. Please bear this in mind if you have exams in early January. 

General:

Please note we cannot guarantee these delivery times, and delivery may take longer. We cannot control Royal Mail or DPD once your order is passed to them and regrettably cannot offer compensation if delivery is delayed for reasons outside our control. If you have any problems with yout delivery, please get in contact and we will do our best to help you communicate with DPD / Royal Mail about your delivery.
