Order Processing
We want to do our bit for the environment so we print all our guides on demand to reduce our wastage. Orders placed on working days before 2pm will be printed and sent the same day. Orders placed after 2pm will be printed the following day. Orders after 2pm on a Friday will be printed on the next working day (usually a Monday morning).
UK shipping (including Jersey and Guernsey):
- Royal Mail 1st Class (ships in 5-10 working days).
- DHL Tracked (ships in 2-5 working days). This is a signed-for service, so we recommend having DHL deliver to your place of study or work if you are not going to be at home.

Please allow an extra one or two days for your guide to arrive over the Christmas and New Year period or around bank holidays.
Please note we cannot guarantee these delivery times, and delivery may take longer. We cannot control Royal Mail or DHL once your order is passed to them and regrettably cannot offer compensation if delivery is delayed for reasons outside our control.
